Sweater Weather

Sweater: Gentle Fawn || Dress: Gentle Fawn || Boots: Yoins || Bag: Chanel || Sunglasses: Ray-Ban ||

It is the first official day of fall!!!! Is anyone as excited as I am!!??
The first thing I think of when I hear fall fashion is sweater weather. I'm so in love with the entire Gentle Fawn fall collection. All of their knits, cape style sweaters and scarves...heaven!! This sweater is so cozy and looks great dressed up or down. I love a good knit that is long too, just completes the whole cozy look. Another thing that reminds me of fall is hot, flavoured coffee. I thought I would complete this outfit with a warm cup of coffee at Jimmy's Coffee in Toronto. This is the most adorable spot, and not to mention the yummiest coffee.
I'm currently sick in bed, but its not bringing down my excitement for fall, because I'm watching Hocus Pocus! If you haven't watched that movie before, go do yourselves a favour and watch it. It has been a fall/halloween movie staple in my family forever. Every inch of the film is fall/halloween themed, filmed in the most beautiful town. It's not only visually stunning, but hilariously entertaining.

#FaceFoward with Clinique

Clinique is helping me put my best #FaceForward by supplying me with a product I can trust. A lot of people are always asking me what I use on my skin. If you've been following my blog, you would know my absolute FAVOURITE moisturizer since I was 14 has been Clinique. I used to suffer with dry, sensitive skin and was always self-conscious of the dry patches on my face. Clinique has allowed me to put my best #FaceForward by clearing up my skin and giving me my confidence back.
I was so excited to try some other products from Clinique as well and, of course, I loved everything just as much as its moisturizers. I was nervous that the Sonic System Cleansing Brush would be too abrasive for my skin, but it polished and made my skin glow in a gentle way. Using the cleansing brush with the Foaming Sonic Facial Soap really gave me a deep clean, and I even saw the blackheads on my nose clear up. I was also SO excited to try the Moisture Surge Overnight Mask. My saving grace for the winter has been the Moisture Surge Intense moisturizer, so I’ve wanted to try out this mask for a while. Like all the products, it treated my skin so nicely, and this is now my go-to winter product. My mom has been wearing Clinique ever since she was younger, and she has now passed this on to my sisters and me. Clinique has always been a product in my bathroom that I trust. I was so happy to try out more Clinique products and be part of this phenomenal campaign. Make sure you check out more about Clinique’s #FaceForward campaign at clinique.ca/face-forward.

Hats and Ripped Jeans

Sweater: Bluenotes || Jeans: Bluenotes || Hat: Bluenotes || Heels: (ValueVillage) || Bag: (ValueVillage) ||

It's no surprise I'm wearing another set of ripped jeans and a new hat. I'm seriously having a crush on these trends this fall. Theres something about the two that can make an outfit go from great to fabulous. I find it looks more stylish, I feel great wearing them and with so many different styles of hats and ripped jeans, you can do so much with the two. I couldn't get over how many amazing pieces I found at Bluenotes the other day. These jeans are so comfortable, they are defiantly one of my new favourite pairs. I also couldn't believe I found this darling sweater at Bluenotes as well. You can never have too many knits for fall and winter. Altogether I was so happy I found these key pieces!!

A Freak for Fall

Sweater: Gentle Fawn || Hat: Club Monaco || Sweater: Pink Martini || Jeans: Mavi || Boots: Dr. Martens(Similar) || Necklace: The Exhibit || Bag: Value Village ||

Lipstick: Mac Cosmetics - Heroine

If you follow me on Instagram...@sydhoff3 you will know how excited I am for fall and fall fashion. I'm truly a freak when it comes to fall...and Christmas. I dragged my boyfriend into Williams-Sonoma and Chapters the other day because all I could see was orange and all the pumpkin goodness that fall has to offer. I can't even explain to you how excited I am. I've already pre-planned my fall/Halloween decorations and I can't wait to share them with you all. The pumpkins, cinnamon scented candles, pumpkin spiced coffees, crunchy fall leaves, crisp cold air, warm and fuzzy fall films, cozy knits and endless outfit options are just a few reasons why I get so giddy for fall.

With that being said I'm obsessed with this sweater and how much it represents fall for me. I brought out my best fall essentials in this outfit, and its hands down one of my all time favourite outfits so far on Treats and Treasures (also according to my boyfriend). When I think of fall I instantly think of a warm cup of coffee, so with these photos I had to stop at one of my favourite coffee shops, Le Neuf Cafe. This is a nice 5 minute walk from my boyfriends place (which I'm at...a lot) so this is a great place to stop. Not only is it beyond adorable from the outside, but has beyond delicious coffee and mini decadent desserts.
Who else is with me, and super excited for fall!!!!?

Sunday Blues with Bluenotes

Jeans: Bluenotes || Shirt: Bluenotes || Hat: Lids || Shoes: (Value Village) || Watch: Daniel Wellington || Gold Bracelet: Alex and Ani || Pearl Bracelet: Tiffany&Co. ||

This is a very casual outfit for me, but for a lazy Sunday this is the perfect outfit. These jeans and shirt are all from Bluenotes, and I need to have a serious talk with you about these jeans!!! Bluenotes is known for their denim, but this was my first time trying them. Boy was I missing out on all these years! The curvy skinny fit and these boyfriend jeans are so beyond comfy. This is also the first time I've ever tried a boyfriend jean!!! I know I can't believe I'm so slow to the game. Every time I tried boyfriend jeans I just didn't think they were very flattering on me, so I always stuck with my trusty skinny jeans. These are now probably in my top 3 favourite pair of jeans and I just love the easy going look the boyfriend fit has. I've already worn them numerous times, and while bending and wearing them, I've actually ripped through the entire hole. I kind of like them even more now, they really look worn in and relaxed. This shirt, although I can only wear it on Sunday has also become my go to shirt to lounge in and sleep in. My boyfriend loves to tell me its not Sunday when I wear it on another day, but its also one of his favourites to see me in too. I can't wait to show you guys the other Bluenotes outfits I have coming up!!

Mad for Plaid

Dress: Gentle Fawn || Boots: Yoins || Hat: Club Monaco || Bag: Chanel || Sunglasses: Aldo || Watch: Daniel Wellington || Pearl Bracelet: Tiffany&Co. || Gold Bracelet: Alex and Ani ||

I feel like every fall season, I always have a 'Mad for Plaid' post. Personally I adore plaid for the fall. I find fall fashion staples are usually around the same each year, but I still always get excited for them!! Plaid, A-line skirts, over the knee boots, hats, cozy knits, oversized scarfs, loafers, cape style sweater jackets. These are the staples that usually stay the same each year, and I love it all. Most years I'm rocking a regular plaid shirt, but this year I fell head over heels for this plaid dress. I can wear this nylons, leggings, over the knee boots, booties, pair a blazer with it, make it causal, make it dressy. As you can see the possibilities are endless. I love the boyfriend style to this fit, and I've already worn this many times so far this season!! Who else loves plaid for fall !!?
