I mentioned in my last workout Wednesday post that I have incorporated squats into my routine. All I have to say is squats will be the death of me, but the burn sure feels nice. Sometimes I do a basic squat or other times I will hold a 5 pound weight in each arm while squatting.
I personally think the regular squats really pinpoint my bum, but with the weights, it pinpoints more my stomach, back and arms. It's nice to mix them up.
Looking at these photos squats can sure look strange, however they are very affective and really help strengthen everything. I try to do 100 squats a night!
