Workout Wednesday is Back!!








Here is my look for today!

I use to have a workout Wednesday post a few months back and from the views, you all really liked them. I decided to bring them back because I've been slacking in working out and eating healthy. I hope this will help motivate me to get back on track, along with anyone else that is getting back on track in the new year. My favourite thing to do when I want to get back on track is to start running again, and eating super healthy, with portion control. I will be posting about my eating habits on workout Wednesday as well. 
I wanted to just give you a preview of whats to come, and of course I'll be showing off my workout gear. 
I hope you like these posts, and I hope we can all workout and eat healthy together!!

  1. I started following these yoga videos. Right from the first time, I noticed a greater desire to work out, and had since pushed myself harder than I usually did.
